Decent transfer, slow response
We used Amstar for a private airport shuttle in Riviera Maya. The transfer itself was smooth and the driver was friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. However, I tried to ask a question about my pickup time a couple of days before via their contact form and didn't hear back until after I'd already landed. That was a bit frustrating, but overall, the service we paid for was good. Could improve on communication speed.
