Customer Reviews
Decent transfer, slow response
We used Amstar for a private airport shuttle in Riviera Maya. The transfer itself was smooth and the driver was friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. However, I tried to ask a question about my pickup time a couple of days before via their contact form and didn't hear back until after I'd already landed. That was a bit frustrating, but overall, the service we paid for was good. Could improve on communication speed.
Amazing Dolphin Encounter!
Oh my goodness, the dolphin encounter was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was so well organized. The staff were super friendly and the dolphins were incredible. I had such a memorable experience, it was truly magical! I will definitely be booking more excursions with Amstar DMC again. Telling all my friends about it!
Good value for airport shuttle
I booked a shared airport transfer for my trip to Cancun. I looked around for the best price and Amstar DMC had a good deal. The shuttle was on time and got me to my hotel without any issues. Saved a bit compared to other options I saw. Worth it for the savings.
Easy airport ride
I got a shared ride from the airport in Cancun to my hotel. It was pretty easy to find their rep outside, even with all the people. The van took a little while to fill up, but then we were off. Got to the hotel fine. No fuss, just got me where I needed to go.
Consistent, reliable service
This is my third time booking with Amstar DMC, and they're always reliable. I used them for a round-trip shuttle to my hotel, just like last year. The drivers are always professional, and the vehicles are clean. It's nice not to worry about transportation once you land. They consistently deliver what they promise, which is why I keep coming back.
Detailed feedback on Chichen Itza tour
I booked the Chichen Itza guided tour through Amstar DMC. The booking process online was straightforward, and I received confirmation quickly. Our bus arrived on time at the hotel, which was a good start. The guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting historical context during the drive and at the ruins. The tour included lunch, which was basic but fine. We visited a cenote afterwards, which was a nice refreshing stop. The only minor point was that the bus was quite full, and the air conditioning struggled a bit during the hottest part of the day. Overall, a comprehensive tour that covered all the main sights effectively. The return trip to the hotel was also punctual.

Can I use two different promo codes when booking a transfer and an excursion? Like, one for the shuttle and another for a tour?
Hey, thinking of booking an airport shuttle with Amstar for my Cancun trip. Are they legit? I've seen some mixed reviews for other companies.
Does anyone know if Amstar usually has discounts around Black Friday? Planning a trip for early next year and wondering if I should wait.
